This is a SUPERB comic series (and I've read Volumes 2 and 3 too!). It wonderfully captures and explores the challenging position of being different in a culture that can't tolerate it, especially if such change comes from women.
Told in a time of Vikings and Old Gods, some witty but very wise humour of talking horses, wolves and ravens, Natasha has brilliantly told a strong powerful tale of fighting for acceptance to be ones-self, even if it means taking on the Fates themselves.
